Hi Sali, I hope you have recovered from the rigors of
preparation and the stress of piloting the conference
through to its glorious end. We had a great time, and I was
gratified to hear the ladies plan to return again next year!
You are evidently doing something right, something in tune
with God Sali, and I pray you will continue to hear Him and
step out in time with Him.
It was awesome.
The worship and praise was even better this year than last.
I don't know where you got Shindale and that wonderful man
called James from, but please don't let go of them Sali.
They are good for the soul and good for the spirit! Be Davis
monologue was Holy Spirit inspired. Very very pregnant with
meaning that is still unfolding now, days after we watched
her. It was special. Janet Jones' rendering of the Last
Supper was very touching Sali. She presented that final
supper and touched on aspects I have never seen before. It
was a stirring message - one to spur us on to true service
to the Master and to one another. God will help us.
Imelda's early message was powerful. I missed some of it
while I was looking for the Bible you so kindly got from my
daughter for me, but what I heard I held on to - a
revelation of how much we need to be still and let God be
God always. How much we think we can do things ourselves
when really God wants to do things through us if only we
would be still. God help us Sali. Esmie's testimony Sali!
God is awesome, awesome. She touched our hearts deeply for
Him - reminding us of His mercy and grace, and how much He
can do in spite of us.
I attended the Vocabulary of Praise workshop with
Angel. It was awesome, and I saw that everyone who was there
was carried away too. She presented an aspect of worship
that is little known, and even less often experienced and
made it very clear that it is accessible to all. I look
forward to the day she will have a longer time to
tell these truths Sali.

It was wonderful. And Dorothy Means
"Should we question our emotions?" was so practical. Really
down-to-earth. It helped bring forward our pretences and
over spiritualization in Christianity. Questioned all such
behavior and showed how it should be abhorred while seeking
reality and truth.
The Crowning Glory was that drama you took part in Sali. It
was a befitting end to a memorable day. It should be put up
in every state of the US and shown on national television!
It was G-O-O-D! You apologized that there was no program
after the drama? Anything else would have been an
anticlimax. We all agreed it was the very best part of the
program. Who thought it up? It must have cost a pretty
penny, but it was well worth it. The music, the prose, the
costumes, the lighting, the backdrop, the diversity of the
ladies who took part, the excellence of it all.
The thrust of
this year's program was drama - from the Monologue, to the
Holy Communion, to the zenith - the Prayers of Biblical
Women. It was so great.
I must not forget to thank you specially for my daughter's
free registration. My daughter enjoyed herself so much
she has asked to come next year (and her sisters want to
come too)!! She has found a new hobby through
the conference. On our way back on Saturday night we had to
stop at Borders to get some stickers for her new scrap
book. When we got home she showed her sisters all the gifts
(how did you manage to give them so much???) and then put
each thing on display in appropriate special places. She has
been scrap booking since then - it keeps her happily
occupied.
Thank you Sali. Thank you for not allowing ABWC to remain a
dream. Thank you for receiving enablement and for continuing
to march ahead even in the face of difficulties. You are a
blessed blessing.

Dear ABWC Team,
How wonderful! Your ideas sound great! I'll start praying
about it now. :-)
I loved the conference, all of it! The
ladies who came to my session, expressed an interest or need
regarding almost everything on my outline, so God confirmed for
me that he was in charge. I am sorry my song did not go
better. I was pretty disappointed about that.
Bri enjoyed Under Construction, especially
Sunday. It was a fantastic idea.

Hi
Sali
How are you today.... hope great! The weekend was tremendous and
I thank God for you leadership and vision. I met some wonderful
ladies and
am staying in touch with them. One ladies daughter . . .
now I'm working with her to help her understand the dangers of
being unequally yoked.
I have had several other calls... it's just so nice to meet new
people and have your life enriched by them.
Thank you and the team for my honorarium may God continue to
bless you in all that you do. I love your sweet calm spirit...
blessings my sister.
Love
Esmie
